Please ensure to check in at our spa 5-10 Minutes before  your scheduled appointment. 

Arriving late will result in a reduction of treatment time with full charges applied or taking in another client.

All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. We kindly request mobile phones be turned into silent mode and that noise is kept to a minimum to allow you and other guests to enjoy the serenity of the spa.

PS: Smoking and consumption of Alcohol in the spa is not allowed.

Because treatments are reserved especially for you, appointment should be cancelled 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Services rendered or paid for cannot be refunded.

All gift vouchers and payments for services paid will expire in the respective year.
